Individual Therapy
A gentle space to deepen connection with yourself — through compassion and curiosity.
What is my approach to individual therapy?
I use an integrative approach where I draw from parts work, attachment theory, trauma therapies and somatic approaches. My approach is anti-oppressive and holistic as I pull from various modalities to find what lands for your journey. I strive to create a deeply compassionate, soft landing where radical honesty, nuance and growth feel possible. I work with folks from all walks of life, collaborating to build a therapeutic approach that feels meaningful.
