Couples Therapy
I believe that through self-awareness and self-compassion, we can gently orient ourselves towards new ways of being that feel more aligned with the kind of loving, supportive relationship we seek to grow.
I strive to create a soft landing where change, growth and radical self-compassion feel possible. Together, we can carefully unearth and explore your relational patterns, past/present woundings and current growing edges. At the core of my work is a deep honouring of your histories, your strengths, and the intersections of your identity that make you “you.”

This depends on budget, availability and goals. I recommend clients begin with sessions every two weeks before spreading out to every three, four or six weeks. For clients who are not in crisis and are seeking a regular space in service of general relational health, I recommend sessions once a month or once every six weeks.
